1. Lawful Use
Customers may not use HostGOAT to host, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
2. Security and Network Abuse
Prohibited activity should include unauthorized access attempts, credential theft, malware distribution, deliberate exploitation of other systems, denial-of-service activity, abusive scanning, or attempts to bypass HostGOAT tenant and platform security controls.
3. Responsible Resource Use
Unlimited bandwidth does not mean permission to intentionally degrade shared infrastructure. Customers may not use the service in a manner that materially disrupts other users or creates unreasonable infrastructure risk. Any production fair-use or resource-management thresholds should be documented separately.
4. Customer Content
Customers are responsible for the content and software they host, including obtaining necessary rights and licenses. HostGOAT may require removal of content that presents a legal, security, or operational risk.
5. Enforcement
HostGOAT may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate service where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or comply with legal obligations. Final notice, appeal, and emergency-action procedures should be added before publication.
